At CCM, we do not consider ourselves sales people. In fact, we have been known to talk clients out of products that just aren’t the right fit for their project. Instead, we prefer to be a partner, sounding board, and extension of our client’s marketing department.
We take great pride in making our clients’ jobs easier. Whether we are working with a marketing director, human resources administrator, foundation director, or the president of a company, we want our clients to know that once they join forces with us, we take a lot of work off of their shoulders.
Our experience and research tools allow us to come up with products and ideas that are perfect for the occasion, and we do all of the follow-up to make sure the products are delivered in a timely manner. After the proof and quote are approved, you can mark it off your list. We’ve got it from there!

I have an event coming up and need to give away something, but I don’t know what it should be. can you help?
Yes! We love to come up with ideas for our clients. Some of our clients come to us knowing exactly what they want, but oftentimes, our clients ask for creative ideas. Either way, we will use our resources to find the perfect product for your event that arrives on time AND on budget.
When will my order be delivered?
Most products can be delivered within 2 weeks. We have access to many products that can be delivered more quickly (some with, and others without, a rush fee) and we sometimes source items from overseas that can take a little longer. Touch base with us as early as possible, and we will make sure your project stays on track.
What is a setup charge? Will i pay a setup charge each time?
A setup charge is a factory charge to cover the cost of preparing the materials necessary to customize your item (creating a screen or die, changing the machine settings, counting product, sorting colors, etc). Each factory is different and has its own fee structure. Not all products have a setup charge, but most do. Many do not require a setup charge on an exact reorder within a certain timeframe, but we are seeing a shift toward a small reorder setup fee on all orders.
What kind of artwork do you need?
We need vector artwork in order to produce a crisp and clean imprint. Vector artwork is usually a file ending in .ai or .eps. Many times, if you cannot open the file on your computer, then it’s what we need. For some digitally printed products, we can use a .jpg file. The file requirements vary, but in general, if the file is blurry on your computer, then it’s going to be blurry on the product.
Can you create a logo for me?
Creating logos is not in our skill set. You would be much better served hiring a graphic designer to create an amazing logo for your organization. We’ll be happy to give you names of fabulous designers if you need help.
How do i get started working with you?
Send us a message letting us know as many details as possible. At a minimum, we’ll need to know an event date, approximate quantity, approximate budget, and general audience description. If you gave a certain product at the same event last year, and don’t want to repeat that product category this year, let us know that too! The more information you give us, the better equipped we will be to provide you with the best ideas for your project!
