Our clients work with us in different ways, and we’ve tailored this page to fit those various needs. There are 3 options for choosing a product.
Product Concierge: This is for the clients who want to give us a few key details about a project or event and let us present them with an array of ideas to fit their needs.
Full Product Catalog: This is for the clients who want to browse a website and brainstorm. This online catalog has thousands of product options, so if you are looking for inspiration, this is perfect for you.
Curated Product Shops: This option for choosing a product lands somewhere in between the first two options. We carefully curate themed shops to include only our favorite products for that theme or category. We add to these and edit all through the year, so you’ll want to check back often!
No matter how you like to receive product ideas, we handle all of the project details to ensure a seamless transaction for you.
After 20 years in business, we’ve perfected our process. There are multiple deadlines and countless details on any given project so having the process nailed down is critical for success.
Our clients experience relief as soon as the project is in our hands because they know we will communicate along the way and the products will be delivered exactly as discussed.
This business (and life, really) is all about building relationships and making connections. We have many clients who have worked with us since we started in 2002, and we have even more clients who feel like family.
One of our dearest clients just had her first baby, so, naturally, we sent her a huge box of diapers! (We have 8 kids among us on the team, so we know what’s important for new moms!) One of our newest clients recently took her first week off in years. We were able to ease her mind that the huge, anniversary project we were working on would be handled without a hitch while she was out.
We also have supplier relationships that go back 20 years. These are the suppliers we call on to help us push orders through or get special deals when our client is in a bind. One of our supplier reps had a gorgeous outdoor wedding last year and turns 60 this year!
We all have important roles in our respective organizations, we lean on each other, AND yet we are all people first. It may be bad business, but we don’t measure our clients and suppliers by statistics.
